I always show students this video as an introduction to meditation and mindfulness. He is short and to the point, and even includes a funny metaphor! Kids love it, and it helps them to understand the meditation is really just helping your brain and body to calm down. |

This one's a classic. I love the original TEDtalks by Robinson, but the RSA Animate makes it so fun and engaging. I've read most of Ken Robinson's books. His ideas about creativity in schools are inspiring and well-worth the reading. |
